Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the growth strategy for our brand acquisition business
- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the organization
- Manage the pipeline and ensure closure within timelines
- Liaise with C-Suite, Growth, Marketing and Partnership Heads to align and achieve growth goals
- Ensure all partners who sign up with us convert into high revenue-generating partners
- Launch a channel strategy that achieves all of the above while managing the team
- Proven ability towards constructive networking and building relationships with brands and traffic providers
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in a marketing leadership position (Head of or equivalent) at an Ecommerce company or startup that scaled from 0 to 1000 employees
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling growth in Business Development and closing deals
- Strong experience in Affiliate Partnership Alliance, Loyalty, Rewards and other Marketing Channels with brands and traffic providers
- Proven ability to manage internal stakeholders and build strong interpersonal relationships
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and work as a team player
- Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in using tools such as MS Excel advanced features
- Willingness to travel for proposal pitching and lead development and closure
